Panels are are all straight but have poor paint and will need repairs.

I'm after a few parts for my polo - let me know if you have these:

Bonnet

Small section of bodywork at the base of the drivers side B pillar (I can remove the window  and cut this piece out with my angle grinder)

Rear outer sill sections both sides - I can cut these bits out also

Fuel tank (only if already removed)

Pieberg carb

It's not a comercial van, but the breadvan, 5 windows and rear seats. 

 

All of of those parts are avalible, hadn't thought of chopping the shell up for parts but can be done. 

 

I am unsure on the carb, my breaker is an SPI so don't think I will be able to supply that

unfortunately.

Can you PM me with your phone number - I can then arrange to remove the necessary parts.

The main thing I need are a couple of sections of bodywork around the B Pillar / Rear window (Inside & outside). Our breadvan is rotten around that area and I'm thinking the easiest way to sort it is to weld in the sections from another car.

I'll only bother to take the fuel tank if it's already removed (I removed our fuel tank and it was a right game - same with the rear sill sections as I won't be able to grind these off with the fuel tank in place).

If the windscreen is Ok I'll take that & also there may be some bits of trim etc. that we need for ours.

I won't need the bonnet - Ours is an 86C (E Reg) and I think the bonnet is slightly different on the older model.

I'm after a couple of small bit posted please.

 

The chrome insert to the passengers door handle and the black plastic trim that sits between the wing mirror and the door. You can see it missing in the photo below.

Hi could you find out what code the gearbox is please? It's located at the top on the lip closest to where you connect it to the engine, there is a plastic plug in front of where the code is

I've just acquired a 1994 MK2F polo which i'm getting ready for my partner to use as a 1st car/learner. I've done most of the mechanical work on it but need the following bits if anyone has them..can collect from most areas with a bit of notice.

 

Door Mirrors

Fuel Pumps (both have a terrible whine)

Full interior (seats, door cards etc as car was used as a work van and they are knackered)

Rear Lights

Carpets

Anything else you have as these cars are getting difficult to find parts for.

Alright bud. 

im after the door water/wind seal retaining caps. The leading edge of the door casing has like a foot long rubber seal heals in place by 4 caps. I'm after all 8 if you have them. Poster to Lincoln. Please :)
