Hi all, had a few codes come up on the vag com the other day and wondered what I can do to sort them...

 

00518 - Throttle Position Sensor-Signal Out of Range(G69) Also check for loose ECM power relay

00530 - Throttle Position Sensor-G8

00533 - Idle Air Control Regulation

I would clear them, then re-scan in a week or so, as they might of been stored a while ago, that way you'll know if they return they are current faults, then we can go through the fault finding

Current actual faults are;

 

533 - Idle air reg

1087 - Basic setting not performed

 

New throttle cable fitted and throttle body cleaned, thoroughly.

Not sure where to go from here?
