Please help me with my car polo 9n 2004

 

First when i started my car the steering light in dash board came out after engine running and steering pump stopped then when i drive for a distance it may dissapear and steering aid works when i took a bump or something hit the wheels 

When i start again it the light may stay maybe not

 

Now it always on i tried to use vagcom acess adress 44 no faults type lekhilfe

Charge the car battery and then test.

Looks like your battery isn't charging properly?

I'd also check the alternator is actually charging :)

I made a test by avometer it reads above 12v when engine off and 13v when engine running

13V with the engine running isn't enough to charge the battery, it should be 14.4v with all lights, heater/Aircon fans ON

I checked some fuses the volts rise up above 13v when engine is running now i got epc light and implausible brake signal and implausible signal for steering assistance operarion plus the idle speed is not steady from before gotta check if thier is any spark leak in ignitors and try to find any  loose cable 

As Nige has said, you need 14.4 volts from the alternator, anything less than this can cause all sorts of strange things to happen.

Suggest that you re-check the alternator (there is a guide on this site telling you how to do it correctly).

Once that is sorted out and the battery is fully charged, there is a good chance that the problems with your car will have gone away.

Changed battery and alternator no different :(

 

Also air cond fan stop for sec and start again

Which wires should i check ( i changed battery terminals also)

And break bulb blown that maybe for break fault.
