Polo Estate 1.6 100BHP Red Petrol 1999 Treg Leather Seats! FSH!

Featured Replies

Thank you for viewing my sale of my Volkswagen Polo 1.6 CL (100). This has been a dead reliable car and has been well looked after. I took it to Simply Volkswagen show last weekend and it was the only Polo Estate in the whole show! These are extremely uncommon car especially in this condition. The car also has 15 Service stamps in the book and also had a full service done by myself in late Feb. The Leather interior is recaro and 10x more comfy than the standard seats. These seats are getting rare especially a full set with the gear knob and hand brake and door cards! The door cards do not fit but I do have them which will go with the car.

The only modifications done to this car were done for driver convenience and comfort as I do 30+ miles a day mostly being motorway. I will mention I do have the original wheel trims which will go with the car. The alloys in the first picture are not included as they do not belong to me. It will come on the steel shown in the majority of pictures. There is plenty of tread on each tyre which I am happy to take a picture of if needed. The car also has uprated front and back speakers which will go with the car. The sub will be removed but wiring can be removed or kept for the next owner. The car was also fitted with rear parking sensors which work amazingly and surprisingly helps alot! It also has a mk3 golf rear view mirror installed as they are slightly wider and bigger which gives me a much bigger viewing angle out the back window.

I can make a deal on the car without the leather interior. Feel free to make an offer for the car with its original seats!

Unlike most other Polo's for sale my central locking works without fault including boot! The front electric windows both also work without fault. The only things I can fault about this car are the door handles seem to have faded and on the boot at the very top there is slight paint damage from previous owner? As you will also see from previous MOT the rear exhaust baffles have deteriorated which means its slightly "throatier". It is not in anyway blowing or loud and obnoxious. The reason I have never got round to changing this is purely because the way it sounds is nicer than stock sound? It does not drown at high speeds and is completely unnoticeable when not sat still. I am happy to video this if needed.

I went to comic con (London) with 5 people in the car and averaged 42MPG! I normally get around 34 MPG on a daily basis cruising on the motorway to and from work.

Car is based in the Eastleigh/Southampton Area. The car is still insured, taxed and MOT'd so test drives are welcome if you are insured to drive other cars. If needed and goes for asking price I can deliver the car within 20 miles if deposit is paid. I also have the original interior for the car and the leather door cards which match the current interior but they do not fit this car. I am happy to pass these on with the car at no extra price.

I have tried to list everything about the car. Any queries please email me. I am open to offers, The worst I can say is no.

Ideally looking for £825 including seats as these are getting increasingly rare and will sell for £200 alone easily. I am looking for £650 not including the seats. I also own another Polo 6n I can put the seats in so I am not in a rush to get rid of them.
