Turns out these do fit.

Featured Replies

Was advised i may have issues trying to get mini G60 wheels under the rear arches of a bready. Thought i'd give it a go anyway and if they didn't fit, would sell them on. Turns out they fitted just fine. That's stock ride height at the moment. Hoping to lower about 40mm, no further, eibach pro kit and stock shocks in a few weeks. Will post results and pics if all goes well.

Don't see why you would have issues. Most standard VW wheels from the 80s/90s will fit just fine so long as you adjust the tyre size to suit the Polo.

I ran the similar wheels on my Navarda beige square back with 195/45/14 on a 60/40mm Spax set up with no issues. really good set up to be fair, if not the best set up as far as comfort and handling we

I had no issues. Thought i'd post this for reference for anyone looking to go with a similar set up. when i was advised they may not fit, the person who said it was making sure i was aware they had a very similar set of wheels, from a Seat i believe, but they were wider by about 1/2inch. Pretty sure they were just making sure i'd measured twice before just slapping them on and potentially getting frowny faced. And it worked. I did measure, (more than twice,) and did a fair bit of homework on the tyre size. Made a massive difference on how the car handles. I have some eibach pro kit springs that i'm looking to put on next month. Should take it down about 35-40mm. I'm excited to see how she handles after that.

That is a very sexy stance if you don't mind me saying so Sir! Was hoping for similar with the eibach-bilstein's that i just put on but didn't quite get it. Unless it needs to settle a little. What is the set up you are running in these pics?

Why thank you kind sir lol. At the time of the above pic it was a 40mm all-round Spax adjustable kit but I later swapped the front springs for 60mm ones and that was perfect in my eyes

Cool. Thank you. Literally did mine less than a week ago but i'm already on the lookout for a kit to replace it when it goes!
