Good points: 1.4 16v AFH Ported Cylinder, Chipped ECU  (estimated about 110BHP), 16v bumpers not cracked, no tears on the interior. 5 speed gearbox OK. 16v Alloy wheels with road legal tyres.
Bad points: Needs new Throttle body  ( has no idle), Will require welding/ new wing if you plan to keep it on the road, central locking slow to operate, electric wing mirrors don't work.  Front shock absorbers are original and need replacing.

History: This has been our car for 10 years, I snapped the cam belt in it and rebuilt and ported the the head and manifolds and replaced all bent and damaged valves, and spent about 30hrs porting the head and manifold making the engine much more free revving, this was about 4 years ago. I  would be great with a 4 branch and bike carbs.  I have plated and repaired the floor pan and the sills before, it would require a small plate on the chassis leg probably a few small patches on the sill and a new front wing if it was to be repaired and mot,d. In my opinion it is best used as donor to 16v a Mk2 or a M2F,  The Chipped ECU is worth £100, bumpers £50, Engine and box £250 interior £40.

I don't really have time to break it  as my garages are being re-roofed.
