Hi, love everything about my 9n, apart from the crap fsi engine. theres lots of good cheap 1.8t golfs and leons about for little money so could it be successfully swapped into a 9n? which box? could fabia vrs shafts and hubs be utilised? I'm aware the 1.8t was fitted in the later in production but I kinda like my 9n. anyone successfully done it? and good project threads about? thanks.

the swap is not worth it unless you get a full Ibiza 1.8t fr or a 9n3 gti mate ive done one my self and trust me if you aint got the following don't waste your time
