My mk2 Breadvan

Featured Replies

Meet Joyce! I passed my test about a month ago and I picked this up from my mates Dad for £750 as my first car! It seems in really good condition considering its age, there are 1 or 2 little dents but I'm not really too fussed about that. It's been sat in a garage for the past 4 years so I booked it in for an MOT and it passed without any advisories! 34,000 miles and only 2 owners since new, my mates Dad bought it off his parents friend who died a few years ago, her name was Joyce so he was pretty insistent that I kept the name for the car!

I'm probably going to keep it fairly standard, but here are the plans so far:

-Lower 60/40

-Pressed plates

-Splitter

-New speakers

-G60 centre caps

-New steering wheel, gear knob, door pins and other little bits

And eventually I might do...

-New wheels (probably ATS classic or alleycats)

-5 speed conversion

-Roof rack or tow bar to be able to carry my bikes

-Eyebrow

I've taken the wheel trims off, darkened up the trim with trim restorer and given it a bit of a polish since the pictures but his is how it was when I picked it up

What do you think?
