Got a couple issues with my windows in my 6n2, the driver side goes down fine but struggles to come back up, any idea on that one? 

 

And the passenger side doesn't work at all, like literally does nothing. 

 

Any help is appreciated 

Suggest that, on the passenger side, you check the connection between the door and the pillar.

The wiring under the convoluted rubber tends to break eventually (the driver's side tends to fail first, as it gets used more.)

In your case, it may well be that there is a mechanical problem on the driving side, or the motor is faulty, but it would still pay to check that door to pillar connection before you start removing the door card.
