1993 Polo GT For Sale

Sadly the time has come for my to part with my GT.

I've owned this car for a few years now, sucks to see it go but I haven't got the time or space for it anymore.

Started life as 1.0 4 speed, shell was on roughly 90k,
Around 2 years ago I did a full GT conversation, literally everything that could be from a GT is from a GT.
During the conversation the engine was fully stripped, cleaned and painted, head and block were skimmed, every gasket and seal were changed, all the valves were re-ground and seated, the bores were honed, replaced all of the lower and top end shells, valve stem oil seals, oil pump, cam belt and water pump, along with all filters and fluids.
The engine was pretty much brand new when it was put back into the car! Everything that could be changed/ replaced for new was.

Engine mods:
Newman 268 Camshaft
MK2 GTI MAF sensor
8mm leads
Ported and de-wedged throttle body
Ported and polished inlet
Ported and polished head
Piper cross induction set up
4-2-1 stainless manifold with full LongLife decat exhaust, sounds awesome and the quality of the exhaust is second to none!

Suspension Mods:
Full SPAX Krypton springs and shocks, 70mm drop all round with full adjustable damping
PPP Arb Blocks fitted
Upper and lower strut braced fitted
Poly bushed lower arms
Brand new top mounts fitted

It has full G40 interior including door cards and steering wheel in very good condition, G40 Front and Rear lights,
The 5 speed GT box is tight and smooth, the car drives fantastically, sounds awesome and goes very well for a 1.3

Overall it's in very good condition for its ages, obviously has a few dents and scratches the worst being on the left hand rear quarter panel, underneath is solid, no rust at all, couple of scabs on the passenger door, had a brand new fuel tank fitted when the conversation was done, was painted and under sealed so will last for a few years,

Paint code is LA7U Pearl Grey,
Looks stunning when it's had a good scrub!
Been garage stored for the past couple of years but I've recently lost storage and it's sat on the drive, don't want to see it go to waste! Will come on the steel wheels and the starmags, got loads of spares to go with the car!
Still got MOT, pretty much full service history and stacks of paperwork to go with the car!
