AFH on Carbs Rebuilt Engine conversion package - £900 includes the following

 

Mk4 polo 1.4 AFH engine     Bottom end on 80k, new seals all round, new water pump, new breather pod. Head fully rebuilt, ported and polished whilst at the machine shop.     New cam belt, tensioner, head gasket and bolts. Rebuilt r6 carbs with dynojet kit fitted. 
Stainless steel bogg brothers inlet manifold.     Mk2 Polo ignition system including dizzy, new painted coil, ignition amp and loom.     New clutch and pressure plate.     Magnecor Leads & New spark plugs.
Refurbed starter motor & alternator
Bike fuel pump, throttle cable & pedal adapter
Lupo GTI oil cooler (not fitted)


16v upgrade goodie package - £500 Includes the following 


Schrick 264/264 cams
1.4 16v AFH Head & rocker cover ( needs new valves - supplied )
Polo GTI Bottom end, crank, oil pump & pickup, crank seals, breather pod, crank and aux pulley, flywheel, clutch. Only 3 pistons & rods - 1 has gone awol ( block needs honing and building up )
Thermostat housing
Lupo GTI oil cooler

 

16v aftermarket ignition package for an
AFH or AFH/AVY engine with Carbs - £500 includes the following :-

 

CBR600 carbs
Megajolt programmable ignition mapping unit with loom mounted on stainless plate with bus bar and fusebox
EDIS Coilpack mounted on a stainless plate where dizzy would be.
Magnecor Leads & adaptors for EDIS coil pack
Throttle position sensor for carbs ( and loom ) 
Trigger wheel welded to 16v aux pulley
Speed sensor fitted to custom bracket which bolts to back of existing unused mounting holes on block
