Please help I am in need of a mk2 cam belt cover PN 030 109 145A

As title says really I'm trying to find a cam belt backing cover plate for my 1989 1043cc mk2 saloon the Part number is 030 109 145A 

Ideally with all four metal spring clips to keep the front cover on

 

Its the one at the bottom of the picture.
