For sale I have my VW Passat b5, 1.8 20v Turbo. I have owned this car since January this year and the only reason I'm selling is I'm wanting a mk2 golf, polo or Scirocco.


The car is fitted with Mercedes Carlson wheels (hard to find) and lowered on fk coilovers that have been professionally set up so rides and handles pretty well, not a harsh ride at all.
The front bumper has a 1 piece rubstrip fitted, this and the rest of the rubstrips have been colour coded to match. Also has USA spec front amber indicators which are also pretty hard to find for the Passat.

The bodywork is pretty much spot on for a 16 year old car, apart from the odd little scratch here and there and a small scuff on the rear (pictured) there's  nothing that really stands out .

The interior is also in very good condition. The door card material has slight sagging and that's the only thing to let it down to be honest, really is a nice place to be, especially on them long motorway drives.

The car has been well looked after by previous owners and I  have carried this on. Parts have been replaced when needed. Regularly washed, polished and protected to keep it in top condition, always getting comments on how well it looks etc.

 

The engine runs as it should, smooth acceleration and the turbo kicks in and pulls well in all gears. Really is a pleasure to drive.


Overall this is a great car, having searched for a while for a decent Passat this stood out as one of the best, really has to be seen to appreciate the condition.
