What budget coilovers can I stick on my polo mk2 saloon?

There are no cheap 'budget' coilovers for these as such. 

The cheapest off the shelf option are TA Technix, cheap nasty rubbish and from what I'm lead to believe the springs, especially the rears, need swapped for stiffer versions. Here is the link, hope you're sitting down....remember these are the cheapest.

The cheapest option is a DIY option, but be sure you have the skills to complete the task before attempting. Remember this is your front suspension, wheel hub and steering all in one. So doing the job correctly and safely is critical.

Thanks for the response! I cant believe these are the cheapest!!! 

It is just down to the design of the front suspension as the hub carrier and strut are all one unit. That is why spring and shock kits are the preferred option as they are much cheaper and you can get a much better quality spring and shock kit for the price of the cheapest coilovers.
