Daughters polo off side wing mirror hit by an idiot who didn't stop.  They smashed the top and bottom cover - fortunately the rest stayed together. I've sourced a top cover, but can't seem to find the bottom black cover - the bit that is held on with a screw.  Can anybody help in telling me what this part is called and where I can get hold of one?
