Does anyone know if a mk2 golf centre console will fit in my mk2f because I am putting a head unit in my center console and the golf ones look much more sturdy and bigger?

 

Also the seat adjustment knob is broken in my drivers seat and because of this the seat moves and it gets annoying whilst I'm driving so does anyone know where I can get a new one and which one will be the right one? I have already checked on eBay for one but I'm not sure it will fit, thanks.

When you say your seat handle is broken where about's is it broken?

If they rock its usually the little white sliders that have come off on the seat runner underneath.

 

It's the bit you twist, it's cracked and when you twist it the back of the chair won't move backwards or forwards but for some reason while it's being driven the chair moves. I don’t know if anything else on the seat is broken for it to do that but it's extremely irritating so I shall check the sliders, thanks

look into buying a cheap seat from the correct polo and swapping over the cover to match , theyre pretty basic to take apart and mix n match the bits

That's what I was thinking, it's just finding a cheap seat, people are asking way too much for a seat that I'm just going to take apart basically?. Been waiting for a scrapyard to have some Polo's but they never have any near me which is a pain, I'm not desperate so I'll just have to wait until I can find a cheap seat on a forum or eBay or something like that.
