I have play in my front wheel hub so I have removed the strut and have bearing out but have half the bearing left on the hub. I noticed Two lugs on the half of the bearing left on the hub so I have a two leg bearing puller but its not coming off. Advice and help please.

 

Do I need the new bearing pressing in ? or as manual describe bash it in with a metal bar

bearing seperator can be had for cheap , or cut it with a grinder and chisel it off

 

some folk get away hammering them in , id try and see if a garage will press it in for a drink , or i use this kit that pulls it in with a threaded bar

I usually do what you've done then take my new bearing and the strut to a local garage and ask them to swap them over on the front pair of struts.
