rear beam, brake back plate  all removed ready for stripping back to metal. New ap shocks and springs ready for fitting. With new drums,  brake cylinder lines and shoes.

Mark the chasis where the beam mounts sat so it goes back in the right place

Rear beam and fuel pump bracket get a good paint with epoxy after rust removal, after a few days I will have petrol tank and beam and running gear back in..

A few new parts for rear end..

Hi all back end all back together now . Just need brakes bleeding and fill up with petrol and see if it fires up.

All the seats got a strip down and fabric got stuck in washing machine ..floor carpet got striped out and washed with jet wash.

Roof rack from my dad's 1970 vw beetle found it in garage. I can remember this when I was a little lad. Must be 35 years old.
