I'm looking for recommendations for replacements for the OEM shocks after 200k for my 6N2 1.4TDI. I'm not lowered or looking for anything lowered, just a quality set of 4 shocks thats not VW. I have seen Bilstien B4s for 156 quid but I suspect they are overspecced for what I require. Any suggestions?

As far as I'm aware Bilstein B4s are built to be OEM replacements. And to be honest £156 sounds pretty reasonable for OEM quality shocks from a brand you can trust.
