Can anyone quickly shed some light on how I remove these little carpet washers in a way they can be replaced, as I’m removing carpet to dry out and repair holes, cheers

are you talking about the plastic ones, look like 30mm discs, if so spin them anticlockwise they should undo, can be stubborn
