Needed to replace the window motor and when I took the door card off, the inner foam panel has been wrecked.

 

Does anyone know if you can get these new ? or a good substitute?replacement ?

I think Gsf used to sell foam sheet intended for this, but a big strong plastic shopping bag from one of the DIY stores works just fine.
