I used to be more active on here when I had my polos and hoping you guys will be able to help me :).  I am looking for my Dads old polo, car that took me home from the hospital when I was born and car I learnt to drive in.  Dad has a big birthday coming up and would love to buy it back for him (if the new owner was open to that). 

 

Have done a mycarcheck and has not come up as scrapped, stolen etc but then has not been taxed since 2008 so I am hoping its tucked away in someone's garage.  I sold it to a member of Clubpolo called Quinny in 2006 who drove it for a few years then he sold on. 

 

Fingers crossed its out there!

It scrubbed up nicely.

 

I spoke to DVLA today about it as was concerned that a new log book hasn’t been issued since I sold it but 

They told it has been registered salvage which means it could be out there somewhere.
