Or go crazy with F33 emulsions, lowering the float 1mm, 130 secondary main and whichever air corrector keeps the power to high revs at high load, 160 to 200 ish.

How crazy is crazy, much quicker?

First set is near standard.

Second is only worth it combined with other flow mods, like GK inlet, longer duration cam, 4-2-1 exhaust.

Ah shit I’ve only got 421 that’s about it for performance stuff, the way it’s jetted atm, the second choke is non existent really no power change, what’s the best setup for more of a kick in the second choke

What main jet are you using in secondary?

And what revs are you expecting the kick?

I'm hesitant to suggest changing pump jet as that's to cover transition from idle as air moves faster than fuel - it might give a feeling of oomph, but at high fuel cost.

Move from F30 emulsion tube 6.3mm diameter to something thinner so there's more reserve in the fuel well.

F22 or F33 are both thin walled and like 5.5mm diameter.

What kind of air filter are you using?

I’ll have to pull them out and I’ll tell you what they all are, how bad a fuel consumption we talking? And the stock air box, what filter do you recommend

Does the stock airbox  provide cool air? The dustbin lid thing has quite a small inlet pipe and it doesn't reach front wing or grille.

Gt airbox has a large volume, think it can take a K&n oiled cloth panel filter.

I used a K&N 56-9028 with a pipe feeding cool air from behind headlight. You don't want it pointing open at front or pressure variation ruins mixture and filter gets dirty with dead insects.

There's also this which I've not tried. Might need a ramair style foam carb sock for filtration.

You can also grind the carb mounting to be less restrictive. Some have an angled plate to guide air towards engine, well meant but restrictive.

Also, are you sure the secondary barrel throttle plate is opening fully?

I’ll look into the throttle plate and make sure I’m getting cool air in

Depends how you drive it but could be 10% worse and too much fuel washes oil off the cylinder bores and fouls the spark plugs. As an experiment you can pull on the choke to feel if richer mixture helps as only primary has a choke flap.
