*My mk2f/mk3 work in progress* πŸ˜€

Featured Replies

So just a bitΒ of a progress report on my Grandads old Polo (which he had from new but I tracked down after it was sold 8 years ago) As you can see she is looking a bit like her old self now, Β so far I have repaired the battery tray, replaced battery, brake pads, wipers, passenger wing, steering column/ignition,, aerial,Β lock set, fit a period Sony face off radio and thoroughly cleaned the interior too. Next on the to do list is to sort out the bits of scabby bodywork and replace the fuel tank and tyres πŸ‘πŸ» As she has been off the road a few years I’m hoping that I can’t get her MOTd early next year and hopefully take her to a Polo meet or two πŸ€—

Β

I intend to keepΒ her standard as the day my grandad bought her back in 1994 πŸ‘πŸ»

Β

Welcome me any thoughts/comments/advice

Β

Cheers πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
