theres 12v feed to coil pack when ignition is turned on,

but when cranking it drops to 0v so i dont get a spark

i used to have it plugged in underthe steering wheel fuses, can remember which one. polo 6n afh

On same circuit supply as feeds the Megajolt or fuel pump.

 

With its own fuse? Think the a 1.5ohm coil pack can draw 5+ amps, so 8Amp?

Which relay switches the circuit?

 

 

 

 

got spark . got engine started went up to 2000 rpm  3 seconds n then pussied out  n switched it off. lol

 

smoke wa coming out of back . all that oil i put through spark plug holes n cranking carb fuel into clyinders.

 

 

it kinda made a growling noise. hard to explain scared me n turned it off.

 

never hear any mechanical knocks so timing belts right. ermm

 

i gotta bite th ebullet n start it tomorrow and run these new cams in  n rings.

That sounds like good news. If the growl is roar of air suck and blow not screech of metal it should be fine.

Yeah it'll burn off the oil.

screech of metal. jese. your scaring me lol. god know swhat it was. it was like a loud as it was in garage. there was a table spoon of oil in each cylinder,

i could literually smell the oil burning during the 3 seconds it was on.

 

sounded like one of thos american super cars when you turn them on. im sure im building a polo
