do the 4 door and 2 door 6n manual window regulator mechanism all the same at the front end of the car?

 

 

also would it matter if it was bought from germany?

The 2 & 4 doors are physically different sizes, so no you can't fit the mechanism from the wrong model, there is no reason why you can't fit one bought in Germany or any other country
