First Welcome to the forum.

Unless it is an automatic there is no relay in the starter motor circuit, 12v goes from terminal 50 on the ignition switch through the bulkhead disconnects and down to the starter motor solenoid, so get a voltmeter and put it on the thin wire on the starter motor and get an assistant to attempt to start and see if you're getting 12v if you are then the starter solenoid is goosed, if no 12v then most likely the ignition switch unit
