Hi what headlight bulbs are in the mk2 polo for round headlights please ?

if it says H4 on the glass then h4 fitment , if no markings its a older non halogen style best replaced with this which is a upgrade as its a halogen fitted in the old style base

Thanks for that . I check light unit and it doesn't have h4 stamped on the lights. So it's definitely the old style fitment..

Not got them yet, but on my to do list.

 

I've been using HB12 bulbs allegedly 55/60w rather than 45w globes of old but they are getting harder to find.

Found some for good price..
