Mk2f, anti-roll bar, paint black

Featured Replies

Some advice required please. Had a spare anti-roll bar sand blasted and acid etch undercoated by a local firm Aurora Powder Coating of Blackwater Retail two minutes away. I want to give it a long lasting final coat of black but not sure what to use. Any suggestions please? Powder coating was expensive as I want to do the same for a set of front struts and rear axle.

elastomastic or por15, but thinned?

I did all my chassis parts in black Epoxy mastic 121 with a 2k clear coat . Everything that I could unbolt and either replace or restore got the same treatment.

My GT bread build will posted up soon.

Many thanks. I’ll use the epoxy and give it a try. Will post the result.
