Does anyone know what this part is called? Or even where to find new ones?
There are 6 of these underneath the dashboard clamping the carpet onto the firewall, they go onto these pins. 

I need to find replacements because I wrecked the old ones. Only way I managed to get them loose. But I don't even know what I'm looking for 😕
