Am looking to remove a cupholder on a 59 Polo, and apparently I need a Spatula VW 037 according to

Volkswagen Workshop Manuals > Polo Mk4 > Body > General body repairs, interior > Interior equipment > Object compartment, covers and lids > Objects holder > Cup holder - remove and install (workshop-manuals.com).

 

Would anyone have one, or know how to get one?

 

I disassembled the dash to remove it last time as detailed in

I then added a working cupholder (worked before installation), which then didn't pop out once installed!  Grrrr.  Unfortunately I can't now access the screw that is behind the cupholder, to remove the console, without ripping the newly installed cupholder out! 

 

Any hints and tips appreciated!

Additional info

I did this recently (on a 53-plate 9N) with nothing more sophisticated than a couple of penknives poking around fairly blindly. 

I did actually remove the radio to be able to get behind the cupholder to help wiggle it about; honestly can't remember if that was required or just gave me more confidence

 

 Something like a butter knife would be better than a penknife, and probably just as good as VW's special spatula. I found there was room to slip a blade in even with it closed.
