Hi I'm looking at doing an engine swap in my 1.0 polo mk2f. I ideally want a AFH which are hard come by these days. I've seen some aub engines such I believe to come out of the 6n2. What's the main differences between the afh and aub?

The main difference is it's a completely different engine. 

The similarities are they are both 100bhp, they will both fit in the mk2f in the same way, the conversion in terms of wiring would be much and such the same assuming you want to run it on standard injection. 

The biggest difference in terms of the conversion is the AUB is a drive by wire throttle as opposed to the AFH which is cable.
