hi all i have a 1989 1.3 polo saloon.  my speedo cable was making a noise from behind the instrument panel. i've took it off to order a new one but think i need a new part for what the cable screws into at the engine end. i've tried taking it off but it only turns partially. does anybody know what if this part comes off and if so what is it called?
