Where is my fuel pump relay

Hi all

My mk2f has finally decided to rust really badly so I'm gonna fix it. I want to get the tank out so am trying to depressurise the fuel system but the relays I'm looking for are not on the ECU but seem to be by the fuses. But I'm not sure?!

should be just 2 relays near the fuse box or clipped on the side of the ecu....the 4 pin one is fuel pump or pull its fuse

 

the tank isnt pressurised anyway ...id just undo the pipes with a rag to catch the spill

The fuel filter bracket was held on with some cable ties and rusty bolts and now looks like this. So a bit more metal to go back in....
