Polo Dune front springs

Featured Replies

Does anyone know the part number for the front coil springs for a 2005 tdi Dune? Or where i can getvsome? The previous owner has fitted standard coils to it and I'd like to get it back to standard Dune height. I'm having no luck finding the correct springs

If the car still has its build data sticker on the boot floor, see if you can find two codes like the ones in the 'Model' column here:

LLLParts.

If you can, you'll be able to match them up to one of the OEM part numbers listed on that page, but I suspect you may not have both, or maybe neither.  You could get the full car data which will include those numbers from a cooperative Parts Person at a dealership near you, or via erWin VW (a few Euros fee for access).  There's a guy on ebay who does de-codes for less, but I can't remember how to search out his listing just now.

The code for the Dune front suspension is G11 shocks L20 springs and rear is 1JB shocks and 0YA springs.

So 6Q0411105AA for front springs (red, red blue paint marks on OEM spring); 6Q0413031BP for front shocks.

And 6Q0511115AH (orange triple-blue yellow) for rear springs; 6Q0513025AH for rear shocks, by the looks of it?

511 115AH

I hope so as that's what I've ordered, I'll know when I get round to fitting them, I shall update when the time comes
