Hi did a quick search on here and the Internet but can't find any info on if the 1.4 16v valve engine AUA would fit in my 1996 6n1 and how easy it would be?. Thanks

Mechanically it will drop in no problem, you would to fit a 6N2 throttle pedal unit as the AUA is a fly by wire throttle and your 96 will be a mechanical cable setup, however the wiring is another thing though as the AUA relies on CANbus to send the info to the speedo it is doable but not just a plug n play

Thanks for the info ill have to have a second look might end up keeping the old engine in there

If one's a cable throttle and the other's a fly by wire, you'll have to change the pedal box.

What year is the 16v?
