Hi all. I have a Polo 1ltr year 2000 available for sale. It has a gearbox issue, possibly an output shaft bearing. MOTed till April 23. I have been offered £260 as scrap but it would make me sad to see it go that way if someone out there has the time and knowhow to put it right or use it as a genuine doner vehicle. I did put a new clutch in this summer and the engine has done about 85k. Body work is reasonable. If anyone is able to pick it up  (it does drive but you need to hold it in gear) i'd like to think it's worth £300 as a project. There are afew other issues with the car but all fixable.
