Door handle barrell

Featured Replies

Hey everyone,

Went to get in the car today and my handle snapped off in my hand.

Found a replacement on heritage but without the key barrell. Will I be able to simply swap my old barrell into the new lock?

Thanks

Update:

I've got the new handle which is all good. Unscrewed the screw on side of door to get one side of the handle off the car but I can't get the other side off. I presume this is done through taking the door card off?

I unscrewed all the handles and wiper on the door card but still can't seem to get it off. Is there something I'm missing or do I even need to take the door card off?

Thanks

theres one screw at the front of the handle , access by popping off the handle trim ....no need to touch the door card

so a total of 2x screws to remove, then it needs a wiggle to come off
