My 2014 polos rear washer stopped working over the cold winter period.  I eventually traced the fault to (what i assume) is a leak in the feed pipe behind the rear wheel.  When its activated a pool appears under the boot beside the passenger side wheel.

 

I have tried to find the pipe to fix the leak.  I have removed the wheel arch liner and also the internal facias within the boot to locate it but no luck - I can only see the wiring looms and I'd hope the feed pipe isn't in amongst them!

 

Any advice on where to go next?  otherwise its free money to the dealer!

It may well be bundled in with the wiring loom, I'd say.
