Hi, I recently replaced my gearbox and actually it is not the same code, does anyone know how to find it's code?

The car is 1.4 8v, original gearbox ETD which had in fifth at 80kmh @ 2000rpm, the new gearbox has 2800rpm at the same speed.

These ebay listings shows how an ETD is marked with its code, not super-clear where on the box the dotty markings are, but must be findable with persistence. Try looking in the same area on the one you've purchased?

im pretty sure its not an ETD...

I didn't mean to suggest it was. I was just trying to show you where to look on it, to find out what it actually is, as you asked?
