Strange problems with air and coolant temperature

I have a strange problem with seat Ibiza 1.4 16v gti 1998. On picture you can see temperature reading on channel 01 field 2 and there should be coolant temperature and on channel 02 field 4 air temperature. But here they change the places. Also on channel 01 field 4 should be all zeroes when coolant is under 80 degrees and under last zero should be 1, but also work in reverse order. What can be the problem and how to solve?

I think that's just the limits of VCDS on older, less mainstream stuff. The only real solution would be if they fixed it as a bug in future versions.

Yeti, you see that 1 in group 001 field 4. The eight digits in that field should be all zeroes when the coolant temperature is <80 degrees and when is >80 degrees the last zero should be changed to one. That is the problem here. Because of that problem I can't make TB adaptation.

That with the swapped temps is a known problem with magnetti marelli ecu's.

Till now i thought its just with the 1.6AEE, but i guess the 1.4 16V AFH has also a magnetti marelli ecu.

Dunno if there is anything you can do...

Well the strange thing is that autoelectrician saw that coolant temperature sensor is connected with just 3 wires and correct that. Before everything was ok and after... This issues. I can't remember what 3 wires and how was connected but I don't think that make the problem. The ecu don't have errors, but sometimes show 01269. Also when I give contact both temperature sensors, for coolant and air first show -40 degrees, after that correct temperature at correct place and then switch places. I must mentioned that on group 001 field 4 before messing with wires on coolant sensor all 8 digits was zeroes when the car is under 80 degrees not like now. I think map sensor, wire problems but I don't know where to start?

can you post a picture of the coolant temp sensor and where it is located? maybe we are taling about different things.....

I buy two coolant sensor already, and I just messured one that I remove from housing. One ntc is fault.

And I forgot to mentioned. When I unplug the coolant sensor the rpm should increase slightly, but the engine keep running on 964 rpm.

I find this nige8021 post and I make wires for sensor exactly like it says.

Well, today I also notice that in group 001 field 3 where is shown lambda voltage stay 0.04V steel. I change the new lambda sensor and is still stay 0.04V. I want to ask for some help. How to check wiring to lambda sensor?

Well nobody answer but I will make my story. Today I measured resistance on two ground wires that go to MAP sensor. One show 0 ohms and one shows 200 ohms. So probably some short to ground issues.
