i have bought gti clocks for my 1l polo 6n2 cause i like the look of them and now for some reason i have a abs light and and my parking brake light it flashing

the polo i got the clocks of was crashed and had alot of damage but i dont see why what data would be stored in the clocks so does anyone know whats going on

This is just my twopenneth; i think the days of interchangeable clocks are gone. Internal PCBs and software has put an end to it. If the clocks are physically the same, the GTI rev counter should transplant into your old clocks in place of an analogue clock or whatever. If not there may be a removable blank plastic cover of some sort.
