Hi overheating, no leaks coolant level OK, thermostat seems OK, fan OK (new) fan switch replaced fan operates when I short the plns on the wiring for the switch, pretty sure head gasket is fine (usual checks)

Fan not turning on when I plug the fan switch in.

So guessing blocked rad or water pump failure ? (water pump replaced 2k miles ago)

Any suggestions /advice ?

If no leak (white crusty stuff) water pump might have lost an impeller blade, or a plastic impeller may be cracked and not spinning.

Pressure gauge on outflow tube from engine to heater should show 10 to 15 psi at 2000 rpm.

Why was pump replaced?

Just part of cambelt service I hope.

Reverse flush the rad anyway

Don't leave just tap water in if any chance of frost.
