I have the 4cm lowering kit installed, for some reason front seems to be higher than rear.

The ta technix ammo has some kind of regulation ring on the body, but am I obliged to re install the complete front ammo or I will have a chance to lower it with ammo installed?

The fronts lower it by a fixed amount, so you can't change that. You should be able to adjust the rears without taking them off the car

Only the back has the adjustable ring, so
