Go to the Customs website (sorry - can't recall the URL) and they have a list of pretty much anything and everything, along with the customs code for each category. That code is what dictates the customs charge (and whether there's VAT to pay) and you'll be able to work it out from there.......

No Import duty or UK vat to pay on stuff from Europe. So all you have to pay is the price of the wheels (+ sales tax/vat in the country of origin, ie Germany, France etc if necessary) and the postage...!! :-D
