I've just come off a trade policy and have a proof letter that says i have 4 years of accident free driving. Now my question is, does anyone know of an insurance company that will accept this no claims on a private insurance policy. I've tried Adrian Flux and they have messed me about, so not impressed at all. Any help would be appreciated.

That's a shitter. I've heard about this problem before - insurance companies boil my piss - I'm thinking of running a private policy on my Polo as well as my trader's one so I can get better cover on it.

my boyfriend had this trouble about 9months ago. he's been driving on trade insurance for 12 years. they gave him a letter stating 3 years no claims and the only company that would honor it was norwich union.
