wow 702 quid and iam a learner ! thats gd tesco wanted me to pay the grand total of 2500 quid !!!

My insurance company say I can do what I want to my car aslong as I don't go over a certain amount of BHP. Only condition is that I have to let them know what I do after I've done it. But my premium won't be increased.
