lol I am still a named driver on my mums policy. She does it "just incase" I have to drive her car, me thinks it's just a ploy to do work on the car though.

As for insurance companies, my mum has never had trouble with getting insurance with me on it even as a wee lad. Even after I wrote her mini off whilst parked up!

ahh good lol what company is your mum with ?

currently I think it's admiral. Before that it was Bell Direct, AA, RAC, and elephant

I've been a named driver since I started learning to drive...Polo..Megane...Corolla and now a Focus. Legit as well as I wasn't using the car the most. CIS and Elephant gave good quotes but it really does depend on the policey holders status as well as any named drivers. Shop around!

CIS are good

well round here and for me they are, I'm in essex so all quotes are stupid lol

I was with CIS on my old mk3 and they wouldn't let me do any mods so I sold it. Now I am with Bell and they do mods as well.
