Hi guys having been insured with direct line for 3 years I have now discovered they won't insure any modified car for drivers under 25! Whoops just lowered my car have uprated wheels ECU and decat exhaust!!!

Any recomendations for other insurers bearing in mind i'm 24 with 3yrs no claims and pay around £250 a year for a standard GT fully comp.

Try brentacre VW insurance - they're supposed to be one of the best for modified cars. Adrian flux are also heard to be good, you get club discount on both of them I think.

^^Thats adrian flux, right?? I got a pretty competitive quote off them i think... been thinking about insurance just recently...

they seem to give cheaper quotes if you have a modified car?? i have never understood this! but yeh try them they are usually really cheap
