Probably the most economical car I've ever had, (except for the other 3 polo's). Not far from my 107, but the wife drives that. Waited 2 years to drop it, nothing was more satisfying than when I pulled them zebedee looking things out from the wheel arches, how to make traveling to and from work more fun.

Other than that it's 1L standard, the oil comes out the same colour it went in and it's nearly on 100k. Definatly think there is another 100k in it .

Body gets it in the spring, keeping it like it is but want better looking steelies, e.g Mk4 5J, alloys don't do it for me, it's no race car. .

It's on 145's cause they are cheap for good'uns. It's down 70mm but I think it could go a bit more at the back to look level sometimes. I had one front arch rub with 2 people and my topbox in it on a tight corner, after I had just done it, but since then no probs. You need to be on pot hole alert though, as posted on the forum, the G-Max are quite hard and the top mounts have to do their fair share of work when it bumps. It's worth mentioning that the bump stops need to be butchered by 20mm min.

No other knocks or bangs though and I haven't ground once, even on speedy humps.

IMO, a little too low for me at first but now I'm getting to love it!
